Step 3. Wet the lens
Step 4. Position lens
Step 5. Hold eyelid
Step 6. Look up
Step 7. Blink
Step 8. Repeat
Step 9. Wet lens case
Step 10. Hold down eyelid
Step 11. Pinch lens
Step 12. Store lens
Step 13. Add solution
Tip: If you're having trouble removing a contact lens, consider using a "plunger." You can get one from your eye doctor.
Fact: It's impossible to "lose" a contact lens in the back of your eyeball because of a membrane that connects your eye to the back of your eyelid.
